SXSW 2025
A Dog’s House at SXSW 2025 was a high-energy music showcase hosted at Empire Control Room that quickly became one of the standout moments at SXSW. We led the full production effort—from booking all artists and negotiating their contracts to coordinating with SXSW and venue staff to secure and manage the space. We secured brand partnerships with Happy Dad and LineLeap, integrating them seamlessly into the experience. Inside the venue, we created unique brand moments, including an interactive Guitar Hero-style arcade game powered by Don’t Fret that featured music from the event’s lineup, giving attendees a playful and memorable way to engage with the artists. The event hit capacity immediately and earned over 3,000 RSVPs, driven by strong curation, effective promotion, and immersive onsite experiences. We also oversaw data collection efforts to measure impact, further positioning A Dog’s House as a major success at SXSW.
Student Founder Fest
Student Founder Fest was a high-energy festival designed to celebrate and empower student entrepreneurs through live music, brand activations, and community engagement. Hosted at venues like Victory Lap, the event brought together thousands from the Austin community and created a launchpad—both literally and figuratively—for student-run ventures.
I led full-scale production: booking internationally recognized artists like midwxst and Matt Ox, securing major sponsorships from Coca-Cola and American Campus Communities, and curating a vendor experience that featured dozens of student businesses. The average vendor earned over $850 at the event.
Through targeted social campaigns, influencer partnerships, and an on-the-ground street team, we drove strong attendance and media buzz, including coverage in The Daily Texan and The Austin Chronicle.
STRT Social Media Management
On Instagram, the content I created drove a 2,859% increase in impressions on Instagram, fueled by creative content formats, sharp storytelling, and an authentic voice that resonated with Gen Z audiences. Simultaneously, we tripled the size of STRT’s Discord server by developing a clear community engagement strategy, surfacing relevant conversation topics, and actively onboarding new members into the ecosystem.
Throughout the campaign, we positioned STRT as the go-to hub for student creators—balancing high-quality content with grassroots digital community building. By integrating performance tracking and iterating in real time, we were able to scale both reach and engagement, creating lasting momentum for the brand’s next phase of growth.
I founded and scaled Frothing Fest into a nationally recognized music festival and event production brand, with a flagship event held annually in Austin. Since its inception, we’ve secured over $50,000 in sponsorship dollars and $20,000+ in in-kind partnerships from major names including Roc Nation, Coca-Cola, American Campus Communities, LineLeap, Guayaki Yerba Mate, and Liquid Death.
We developed a 360° sponsorship strategy—from identifying values-aligned brand partners to designing custom decks and activations that drove measurable ROI for sponsors. In 2024, we generated 450,000+ Instagram impressions, collaborated with key Gen Z creators like Baron Scho, Ethan Tran, and Jazzy Anne, and activated across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and Snapchat to build cultural momentum around the brand.
In addition to our core Austin festival, we produced Frothing Fest events in Miami, New York, Houston, and Dallas, extending the brand’s reach nationwide. To announce the 2025 festival, we launched a billboard campaign in Times Square, cementing Frothing Fest as a rising force in youth culture and live entertainment.
